Ordering and Order Processing

To ensure smooth and accurate processing of your order, please follow the steps below:

  • After placing your order on our website, you are required to send us your Order Number and complete Shipping Address via Messenger for confirmation.

  • This additional step helps us verify your order, avoid errors, and ensure faster dispatch. Orders not confirmed through Messenger may be delayed or placed on hold, and AXD Gorilla cannot be held responsible for any issues that arise due to lack of confirmation.

  • Once we receive your Order Number and Shipping Address via Messenger, we will confirm your order within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Please ensure all provided details are correct and written in English to avoid any processing or delivery issues.

  • Orders confirmed between 7:00 AM and the following day at 7:00 AM (JST) will be processed and dispatched the next day.

  • Orders confirmed between Saturday 7:00 AM and Monday 7:00 AM will be dispatched on Monday, as weekend processing is unavailable.

  • Please ensure all order details, including recipient address and contact information, are complete and accurate. AXD Gorilla is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

Product Availability and Substitutions

We make every effort to keep our inventory up to date. However, in some cases, items may become unavailable after your order is placed.

If an item is out of stock and we are unable to contact you in time, we reserve the right to remove the item from your order with or without prior notice in order to avoid delays in processing.

If you would like us to provide a substitute product in such cases, please inform us of your preferences when placing the order or contact us via Messenger immediately afterward.

Shipping and Delivery

We work with Sagawa Express and other trusted third-party couriers to handle nationwide deliveries. Once your order has been handed over to the courier, AXD Gorilla is no longer responsible for delivery delays, damages, or transit-related issues.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier schedules, and external factors such as weather conditions (heavy snow, typhoons, earthquakes, floods), and other natural disruptions.

Additional charges may apply for:

  • Orders containing frozen or temperature-sensitive items

  • Packaging modifications required to ensure safe delivery

  • Changes in box size or weight after the order has been confirmed

We will notify you if any such adjustments are necessary prior to dispatch, whenever possible.

Damaged or Missing Items

If any items in your order are damaged or missing upon delivery, please notify us within 48 hours. Timely reporting allows us to process courier claims and resolve the issue promptly.

  • For minor or small items, we may include the replacement with your next order if immediate redelivery is not feasible.

  • For larger or critical items, we will arrange a separate redelivery as soon as possible.

Please note that reports submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for support or compensation due to courier policy and claim deadlines.

Payments

Bank Transfer (pre-payment)

Please note that all orders must be paid in full before dispatch unless using the COD option.

Cancellations and Modifications

If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us immediately.

Orders that have already been processed or packed cannot be cancelled or modified.

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, particularly in cases of suspected fraud, payment issues, or supply chain disruptions.

Returns and Refunds

As our products include perishable, temperature-sensitive, or specially handled items, we do not accept returns or offer refunds under any circumstances.
